Pauli Murray: Confronting the Law
Born in segregated North Carolina in 1910, Pauli Murray took part in the movements for labor, civil rights, and women’s rights. Murray was the first Black person to earn a JSD from Yale, a National Organization for Women founder, a poet, an Episcopal priest, and life-long friend of Eleanor Roosevelt. North Carolina’s Becky Stone will perform her historical interpretation of Murray’s life in this can’t miss performance about a seminal civil rights activist. For more info.

Robert F. Kennedy: Keeping the Peace
Robert F. Kennedy faced off with Jimmy Hoffa and the Teamsters. As Attorney General under President John Kennedy, his brother, he helped guide the nation through the Cuban Missile Crisis as well as the organized crime syndicates that plagued legitimate business. At age 39, he was elected US Senator, and later started his Presidential campaign. Join historical interpreter Jeremy Meier as he explores Kennedy’s life and leave pondering what might have been had RFK lived. For more info.
