When you are ready to discuss a date, please call our administrative office at 706.613.3770 to confirm its availability.  If you decide host to your event here, simply supply us with the necessary application fee in addition to the Space Reservation and Promotions & PR forms.

Once our office has received these requirements, you will possess an official hold on your requested date/s, on your way to confirming your booked event!

(A four hour minimum, followed by additional hourly minimums)
(Children's weekday matinees require 2 technicians for bus-traffic control)
Forklift $10/hour
Follow Spots $ 30.00 per follow spot, per day (3 available)
Concert Baby Grand $ 250 per day (This includes tuning as deemed necessary by theatre.)
Upright Piano $ 150 per day (This includes tuning as deemed necessary by theatre.)
Wireless Microphones $ 30.00/unit per day (Requires a Morton Theatre Sound Technician)
Drum Kit $ 70.00/day (5 pieces include: 12", 13", 18", 22", kick and 14" snare)
Cymbals $ 30.00/day (5 piece set rents separately)
DLP Projector $ 50 per day
4' x 8' x 16" Stage Platforms $ 20.00 per platform (3 available)
Bleached White Cyc $ 30.00 (A black curtain is available at no cost)

Ticket Printing $35 Box Office Set-up Fee; $0.35 per printed ticket

Charges for the hours of 11:00 p.m. - 9:00 a.m. (rent and labor) will be assessed at 1½ the appropriate hourly rate.

  An engagement begins the earlier of :


a) the presenter's personnel arrive or,

b) any load-in or set-up, including advance technical work done by house personnel.

An engagement ends when the house is restored and the building secured. Provisions for multiple-day/multiple-use rates and special permits will be established by Theatre Management.
