The East Athens Educational Dance Center celebrates 30 years in the Athens-Clarke County community. This year’s annual dance production features the talented students of the EAEDC in various dance styles including tap, ballet, jazz, modern, and hip hop. The East Athens Educational Dance Center is a facility of the Arts and Nature Division of Athens-Clarke County Unified Government’s Leisure Services Department and is supported in part by Dr. Willie Farmer, Mrs. Tommie Farmer, Dr. Arthur Hinton, Mrs. Bessie Hinton, Dr. Diane Batts Morrow, Dr. John Morrow, Jr., Beverly Copeland, and Mr. Sige Burden. Advanced tickets will be available to the public on January 23 at the Morton Theatre Box Office in person, by phone and online. For tickets to a school children’s matinee performance on Thursday, February 23 or the youth and senior group night on, February 24.
